Dear Mr. Morgan:
 
It has recently come to our attention that you are using the NORDSTROM trademark on your SacramentoZone.com web site.  A link to the web page is below.  Please be aware Nordstrom has not authorized this use of its name.  We must prohibit use of Nordstrom’s name, trademarks, and logos in any of SacramentoZone’s advertising.  Nordstrom limits all use of its names in marketing and advertising as a means of protecting its trademarks and goodwill.
 
SacramentoZone’s use of the Nordstrom name may create confusion among our customers and constitutes an infringement of our trademark rights.  Use of the NORDSTROM trademark in your web site give-away dilutes the famous NORDSTROM trademark and falsely suggests an association between SacramentoZone and Nordstrom.  Therefore any uses of the Nordstrom name on SacramentoZone’s web site and in any advertising need to be removed immediately. 
 
Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and confirm you will remove any references to Nordstrom on your web site.  We trust you will respond immediately and in a supportive manner.  Feel free to call or email me should you wish to discuss this further.  We look forward to hearing from you.
